![]() We both thought the picture of their tuna tataki - one of. We had previously given Sakura a solid "ok." Not after yesterday. My daughter and I will go to Sakura occasionally on a Sunday because our favorite local Japanese restaurants are closed on Sundays. I could understand her behavior if they were busy but that wasn't the case. I just would have appreciated her to be a little more friendly and take a little more time to be courteous. In hindsight I should have complained but geez what am I supposed to do to do that chase the waitress down. The food probably would have been better if it were the way it should be. She seemed a little put out, took the ticket and went and made another one. I said "hold on, I actually want another drink" ![]() She didn't ask if we wanted a box or anything else, nothing she just said thank you and started to walk of. She came slapped the ticket on the table. I wanted one more drink because I was actually happy with it. She was chatty with another lady that worked there while we waited for our appetizer so my guess is maybe she was distracted when the tempura was ready. The calamari tempura was cold so my guess was either she waited to bring it or they waited to put the order out the window. She brought the calamari tempura and the sushi almost at the same time. She would sit the food down and then walk off. The waitress wouldn't even wait to get an answer when she would near the table for us to let her know about the soup. It was barely lukewarm the table next to us said the same. The place had three tables and wasn't busy at all. She would always walk up and put something down then take off not getting a chance to say anything when she would near the table. It was ok but took forever to get my drink. We ordered some tempura calamari and I ordered an alcoholic drink then the waitress went to put that in. We stopped in while in the area on a trip. ![]()
